Delete your account and data

1. Delete it yourself, in the app

Sign in, open Profile, then use "Delete my account and data" at the bottom of the page. You confirm once by typing DELETE, and the removal happens immediately.

2. Ask us by email

Write to support@lapup.app from the email address on your account and ask us to delete it. We complete deletion within 90 days of the request.

What gets deleted

• Your account and sign in identity with Google or Apple.
• Your profile: name, exam target, target year, focus systems and daily goal.
• Your study history: card review states, the review log, concept mastery, mock exam attempts and answers, and study plans.
• Anything you uploaded or created: your own subtopics, notes, cards and files.

Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Shared study content written by Lap MD is not personal data and stays in place. We may keep a minimal billing or tax record where law requires it.
